POLICE CERTIFICATE FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS??

Hi

My wife (PA) an I (sponsor) are already starting our INLAND application. We were just wondering if she really needs her family back home to get police certificates even if they are not coming since my wife is already here?
The principal applicant and each family member 18 or older (who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents), must submit police certificates from the following country or countries with the application:

Also, her brother works in Saudi Arabia. Will he also get his police certificate?

Help is really appreciated. Thanks

No, you only need to provide police certificate for your wife and children if they are over 18.

Thank you so much! I also went back to the definition if terms— family members are spouse and children. We have no children so we don’t need it. Thanks again
