Police certificate different address

I am preparing my file for federal after getting CSQ. In the checklist it says.

You must get a police certificate from each country where you have lived for six months or more in a row since the age of 18.

I have lived in Pakistan for (10 years) but on different addresses ( I mean different suburb/zone/postal code). Do I need to provide a police certificate for all the addresses or one.

Only where you lived at the end before leaving Pakistan.. hope that helps

it say country or territory. I am not sure about territory( different city/ state etc?)

If you have lived outside of Pakistan for 6 months or more, you need to get the PCC from that country

I need to get my PCC for my spousal application. I have lived in Pakistan throughout however, since my 18th birthday I have lived at multiple addresses (3)on rent so they were obviously not stated on my CNIC.

My revised CNIC after marriage shows my permanent address so can anyone please guide me how many certificates do i need to obtain and would it be an issue since these addresses were not mentioned on my CNIC which I will have to submit to the police station(s)
