I am unclear if I need a police certificate in the following situation: I was absent from Canada for 200 days in a row, most of which I spent in country A, but I took a trip to country B in the middle of that span, so I was not in any one country for longer than 183 days in a row. However, example 4 in the instructions linked below seem to suggest I still need a certificate for country A (Singapore in their example). The instructions aren't very clear: what's the right answer?
