Police certificate CEC inland

I received an ITA on July 6th as a CEC inland applicant but now I went back to my home country for a long vacation 3 months and I will return back after that to Canada on October my question is Can I get a police certificate from my local police department and upload it now? or it should be after my return back to Canada
Can I do 2 PCC one now and the second one after my return back to Canada through a webform? or no need

PCC needs to be done once you leave the country. No need of 2 PCCs.
