Hi All,
Can anybody help me with the following questions:
1. Applying as a citizen of Kyrgyzstan. The website says that CIC needs an orignial police report and nothing about translation. Should the report be translated? If yes, should it be just translated or notarized as well?
2. Medical certificate: applying as a candidate for an express entry (not trade): are we specifically requested to submit it and provided a certain case number or we can just go ahead and start the process of getting the medical certificate? The general requirement is to submit medical certificate, but when i called certified medical doctor (registered with CIC), she mentioned about case number, about which I had no clue. But here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/medical/medexams-perm.asp, it says that we are sent a request to submit a medical report within 30 days. I just received my ITA.
Many thanks!
