Points Vs Work Experience

Hello

I am confused with the allotment of points for work experience...

I have 6.5 years of experience...but still m able to score 25 points...according to the CRS grid system I must b getting 50 ( think so)...

Is it because the work experience should be continuous?? as my first job lasted for 2 years 11 months, so m i getting points only for that duration??

You will get 50 points for more than 3 years of experience, continuous or otherwise provided your IELTS in each section is at CLB 9 or above.

If your IELTS scores are at least 8 in L and at least 7 in R/W/S, you will get 50 points else 25.

my IELTS score is

L : 7.5 = CLB : 8
R : 6.0 = CLB : 7
w : 6.5 = CLB : 8
S: 7.0 = CLB : 9

then what could be the reason?

Except for Speaking section, scores are not at CLB 9. That is the reason.

so that means IELTS is even interfering wid work experience ( :'( :'( gosshhhh..)
