Points got changed. so no ITA :(

I was at 481 till day before yesterday. As i re-newed my passport, yesterday i updated my passport details in the EE profile. After that i didn't looked at the EE profile.
Today after listening about the draw with the cut-off as 475, i was very happy untill i saw my EE profile.

To my surprise my points dropped to 431 and the answers to the questions for Job Offer became null. This sucks. I will not receive ITA this time.

not exactly. But not sure how the answers for the job offer questions (changes from 19th November), has been re-set. I changed only the passport details and saved.

481 is still a great score and should get you an ITA in Jan '17. Recheck your profile information and get it back to 481.

The reason your score changed probably was because your profile was affected by the Nov 19th changes. That's why CIC had sent a notification to all applicants to review their profiles and update the sections that get affected due to Nov 19th changes (CIC calls them improvements over the past rules).

Since your's was affected, had you updated the profile post 19th, may be you wouldn't have dropped those 50 points and got an ITA by today/tomorrow.

Anyway now that you have updated the profile, you'll get an ITA next year Jan'17 for sure.
