points for two post secondary qualification

Hi.I have two post secondary qualifications with one three year degree. I was given score 112 instead of 119 in EE Profile. Further I was given 0 for my 15 yr skill B foreign recent experience . Kindly advise to get the lost points.

Same with me... Can we select "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees" from the drop down option?
