Points for Spouse's two or more certificates not awarded in EE profile

Hello Friends,

As per the ECA report, my wife has Diploma (3 years) and Bachelor's Degree (4 Years), making her eligible for two or more certificates option and hence receive 9 points under (Spouse’s or common-law partner’s level of education) section.

I have updated my EE profile accordingly.

However, after the update processig completed, it has calculated only 8 points, i.e for Bachelor's degree only. I received one point less.

As per the official CRS score calculator, I should receive 454 points, but I'm stuck at 453.

Has anybody else faced this issue ?

I'm worried as somethimes, this one point can make all the difference between ITA and No ITA at this time in upcoming draws.

Please help what should I do ?

Can you share some more details of what the diploma was and if it was pre or post Bachelors. This will help the forum members in sharing their opinion

Thanks for the reply.

It was a pre-bachelor's Diploma 2.5 years, done after 10+2.
ECA lists it as Diploma (3 years)
