Points for Relatives living in Canada For PR?

Hello,

I have mother's sisters and their sons and daughters living in Canada and they are citizens of Canada. I am planning to apply for 2 year Masters degree and will it influence my future PR application (in case if want to)? Should they be living in the same province as i am?

Plus for Masters Degree of 1 year, how long can i expect to get pgwp and for Masters degree of 2 years?

As far as i know for sibling you can get 15 points extra . but not sure about your relatives.
for 1 year masters = 1 year OWP
for 2 year masters = 3 year OWP
