I have done my PhD from Canada and now doing post doc with post graduate work permit. My job is LMIA exempted and my work permit has no employer's name. I have job offer for another two years but in express entry application I am not getting points for job offer.
- What reason for LMIA exemption should be selected?
- What should I do to get the points?

You need an approved LMIA in order to qualify for the 50 job offer points. The only way you can qualify for the job offer points with an open work permit is if your employer is named in the work permit. Since you hold a PGWP and no employer is named, you need an approved LMIA.
