Points for Highest Level of Eduation

Hi,
I'm going to submit EOI. For Highest Level of Eduation, I'm confused with my option from following two

 1. Canadian post- secondary – two or more degrees, diplomas or equivalent for a program of at least three years
 2. Canadian post-secondary – one degree or diploma or equivalent for a program of at least three years

I've completed my graduation (B.Sc. Eng. of four years, We've two years in H.S.C after secondary school which is called here SSC in Bangladesh).

Could anybody help me?

You will be selecting option 2. Because HSC is still a (Higher) secondary education. Post-secondary means any education obtained after your secondary education.
