Don't mean to irritate anyone, as there is a thread on this topic, but just want a clear answer.
I have a 4 year Bachelor degree assessed and recognized by WES and I also have 2 year Certificate in HR from BCIT, can I claim points for "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees"?
Please kindly help, as from my understanding yes, but someone on the thread said no for a person with a similar situation.
