hi folks

I am not very clear about below context mentioned in CIC website -

"Your spouse or partner’s language level
Your spouse or common-law partner has a language level in either English or French at CLB 4 level or higher in all four language abilities (speaking, listening, reading and writing)."

What is a CLB 4 level? I could not find any CLB 4 level reference in the "Language Testing" Section of CIC website. In "Language Testing" section, only CLB 5/7/8/9 and above level has been described for English language.

Anybody?
