Points for 1 year experience

I started working in March of 2016 and I am wondering when will I get points for 1 year of experience? Will I get those in February? My profile currently shows that I am ineligible as I don't have 1 year experience.
All of my friends got points 1 month prior to when they started working, so if someone started in November, they got points in October, is it the way for all or they just got lucky?

I've got a positive LMIA, now all I need is 1 year of experience to be eligible.

You might get those points in February but even if you get an ITA before March you should not submit your eAPR until you've actually completed a year of work experience.
