I am new to this forum ,
kindly advise under this EE weather spouse ECA also requires to be done & Spouse need to go for IELTS EXAM for better points.
What will be less point if spouse does not go through IELTS exam.
self is of 36 years indian citizen ,bachelor in mechanical degree,10 years of sailing experience plus MEO CLASS 1 office & 3 & 1/2 years of shore experience as technical superintendent & in which last 2 years residing & working outside india.
Kindly advise if self is under NOC "O" Category as i fall under "0731 "category.
