Points disconnect between two CRS Calculators

To calculate my CRS points.. I was using un-official link (canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator) Points coming from this link are 322+, but CIS site i.e (cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-tool) showing only 271 points.

What is the reason? Could you please confirm which CRS calculator i should use?
