Points Calculation (Assessment) Difference

Dear experts,

What would be the difference between a candidate who is scoring 67 as compare to one who is scoring 85 after the asessment for immigration.

Will the candidate scoring 85 points will be on higher priority or the same as 67, if not plz explain

Same priority. Its only about pass or fail not about having distinction or first position.
