Points awarded based on education, 20 or 22 point. Very confused!

I am a little confused on points based on education. I do not know if I should award myself 20 Two or more years at Bachelor level or 22 points 3 year diploma. I have a 4 years bachelor program diploma and 17 years of full time studies award me 20 points or 22 points?

It is a degree(Diploma in Business Administration) from a University. I completed it in more than 6 years. It is a bachelor degree.
