POINTS at 380 help

Hey guys, my points are at 380 right now, can anybody help tell me how to increase my score? will one more years canadian work experience boost it up a lot?

Also my boss completed an LMIA but im under median wage so its probably rejected...

take another Language test - CELPIP or IELTS, if you will pass CELPIP for 9 (all sections) it will add you at least 50-60 points
1 year work experience will add 80 or 90 points (not sure about exact #)
play with score calculator on CIC website and you will see what you need to improve

How many years of experience are you currently able to claim?

What is your current language score?

What is tour highest level of education?

Bachelor of arts in interior design 3 year program at University
