Point of entry hours of operation

Hello

I am not sure if this question makes any sense, but i just got my PR visa and i need to go to the nearest point of entry. I will go to the one closest to Ottawa, which is Prescott. Do they have a immigration officer 24 hours a day there, or do i need to use the border before a certain hour? I will certainly arrive there at night since i work during the day and i don't want to go on the weekend. Sorry if it is silly question...
