I applied for a study permit (visa)to Canada.medical passed and I received a procedural fainess letter .the letter stated that the bank statement issued to support my application was fradulent.I responded stating that the bankstatement was from a bank that ceased to be in existence and thus led to inactivity during time of review as the money was moved to another bank.
