POF : without mail address

Hello everyone,

I got my POF with everything required (balance, 6 months average, outstanding debt, name, address, phone) except the email address :

1) Is this acceptable by CIC ?
2) Can I add the address myself by printing it on the letter (I have the agent address)

Getting POF letter is not that easy since my bank has a template they are working with which they cannot change.

You are fine. Even in my case the email id was not mentioned - Rest everything was covered with phone, address, sign, stamp, letterhead, Account number, opening dates, current balance and last 6 months balance.
