I am completing my documents to apply for the immigration and have a property which I plan to sell to show as PoF for the immigration. This property is in my home country whereas I reside in UAE currently.
I also have a salary transfer bank account in UAE where my salary gets transferred every month. I have a personal loan as well in this account.
I am planing to showing PoF from a bank back home. I can attach the letter to show I owned this property for last 3 years.
My question is, will it be a problem that I have a personal loan from a different bank in a different country? Even though the funds are in a bank where personal loan bank do not have any kind of access?
I plan to pay the personal loan from my future salaries in next year or so.. !
