POF... Should the funds be present during the time of creating an application/ once I receive an ITA

Hi all,
I am planning to start my CIC application process. I`m bit confused with the proof of funds. We are a family of 3, we need to show a min POF of 19000CAD approx.

Im planning to get that as a gift from my parents, I`m not sure if I should get the funds transferred into my account before I start the application or shall I wait till I receive an ITA?
Because my parents would be selling off an asset to transfer the funds, I dont want them to sell off the asset before me getting an ITA.

Stuck in a tricky situation, this POF is literally stopping me from starting the application. Kindly help me with your experience and knowledge.

if you are a CEC or FSW inland applicant (POF not necessarily needed for CEC) you gotta submit your offer letter, pay stubs for FSW inland.
applying from outside Canada as FSW you gotta submit POF while you are submitting your application post-ITA

they ask you to upload (scan image) bank statement containing last 6 months info

You should be fine with funds transferred to your account after ITA as long as you can justify that those funds are YOURS and you are not liable to pay them back. People would usually get a gift deed for this purpose.
