POF requirements

Hello I have just recently filled my express entry and got ITA in the next draw. I do not have enough in the last 6 months to show POF in my bank. However I could inject cash that I have in hand before my application. Does it effect my application? What can I do if thats an issue? How should I justify my POF if I just recently injected cash.

I have got ITA. Can I show 100% POF in Gift deed from my parents (CAD 19093 for a family of three)? Should it work?

Apart from the Main Proof of funds(CAD19093) I had deposited approximately CAD 3000 cash in my account. That is my own savings from past. How can I prove this?
