POF post-ITA?

Its given on the webpage but I wanted to double-check on pof. Post-ITA, whats required to be uploaded is just a formal letter/document from the bank proving the required funds, or something else too? Also, the amount of fund should be equal to the minimum amount mentioned, like 13-14,000 CAD/person under FSWP??

You need your certificate of current balance and date you opened an account there on a bank's letterhead and also your last 6 months transactions.
