POF - list of debt outstanding

My bank is not giving me a letter to show no debt outstanding even when I do not have a loan. Is there an alternative document which can be given ?

Also, I have a joint loan but do not have liability for it as confirmed by the bank. They won't give it in writing. Do I need to include this in my POF and will this affect my application status ?

You can create a cover letter with all your accounts, debt (credit cards) and other (loans and mortgage). Add details as per the statements provided by the bank. Foe the loan you have. Attach any document showing the loan with the joint holder and mention it in the cover letter that bank will not provide any document to support it.

Also you may have an online portal to see loan details, balance due, amount paid, interest rate etc. Attach screenshots and see if the portal has digital statements.
