POF -- Information from TD Bank

Can someone please share what type of letter you got from TD bank to show Proof of funds..and what does that letter shows?

Name and address of the account holder
List of all Accounts with TD along with the closing balance
Date from which the above mentioned accounts have been active
Stamped, dated & signed by the executive

Did they typed in the letter in specific format or they just printed information from their system?

tell her to give you an account profile letter....and also ask for past six months account summary letetrs

yeah i told them the same..they printed the portfolio information from their system and provided me that..so just wanted to ensure thats the one which can be used or do we need any other letter..
