My husband and kids will be accompanying me, when i get PR
Now my question is; can my husband move the money in his account into mine just few days before i submit PoF?
Do i need to explain why such huge amount entered my account just few days ago, even when it's captured on my bank statement?¥

Yes he can, although not necessary, since he's accompanying. If the funds are moved to your account, just state that it was transferred from him and back it up with statements for a period of six months of his account.
