pof for fsw while on student visa

I have received ITA. I am currently an international student in Canada. Can someone tell me if I can show my proof of funds in my overseas bank account or does it have to be in my Canadian bank account?
Also can my parents transfer me money to my canadain bank account and can I show that as POF?

Yes you can. Make sure that you bank statements are stamped and signed once you upload them.

I was in a similar situation as yours as I am also an international student here in Canada.

Thanks for the reply, So you submitted your overseas account or Canadian account after transferring money?

I submitted both. Canadian and my home bank statements and wrote in LOE that I have the required money.

So in both accounts we need to have $12,300. Or together on both accounts?

Combined sum should be your required amount. If you are single then yours should be $12,300 (total sum of your Canadian account+foreign account)
