Respected Members,
I am in a crisis. I've only 10 days left for submission of my application post ITA(R-9, L-8.5, S-7.5, W-7 INDIA) and there are few documents which are still not in my hands. I am the principal applicant .Below are the details and Questions.

We are family of 3 (Infant 10 months)

1. POF:- I have a bank account but the funds are not sufficient in the account. My Father in law has gifted INR 10 Lakh to wife's account.
• How can I use that money as POF?
• Can I ask my wife deposit a bank cheque of 10 lakh into my account and we show it as gift deed from my wife to me?
• Do IRCC will be needing her account details and details about how she got the money incase she transfers the money in my account?
• OR I’ve to show my wife’s account + My saving account with NOC by wife and gift deed stating this money was given by her father.
2. Work Experience NON CANADIAN :-Spouse has shown work experience (non candian) in ITA profile but that is not adding points in CRS. Her employer is not providing referral letter as per CIC guidelines. Can we add her work ex into personal history for PR application since it is not adding any CRS points.

Request you to kindly help as I just have few days left for submission of application.

Regarding the POF, if your wife is accompanying you, you can have your father in law give a gift deed to your wife and you can take a NOC from your wife, also try to make it a joint account, have your name added as soon as possible

As the PA, with a dependent spouse, you are allowed to show your spouse's account statement and it's okay for some or all of your POF to be in your spouse's account.
So yeah, like you've said let your wife's father provide her a gift deed as a reason for the sudden influx of money then provide IRCC with your account statement and your wife's statement. Write a LOE to explain why you have the money in both your accounts.
There's really nothing to freak out about. Just ensure you provide the bank letter and bank statements in the format IRCC requires.

As for your other question, since she's not gaining CRS points for her work experience you guys can just include it in the personal history section. But first be very sure that you didn't gain points towards your ITA by claiming work experience years for your spouse.

This is a non issue so do not worry about this one. There are plenty of people on this forum who have moved spouse experience to personal history and have received PPR. In fact that is the right way of doing it if spouse experience is non Canadian.
