POF after ITA cec funds answered zero

While creating my profile, in my funds section, I had answered zero funds.
Now post ITA when I have answered all my questions, it asking me to upload documentsm, but their is no POF section.
Does it comes after I upload the documents I am asked for? The list is as follows:
1. PCC
2. Employment letter
3. Education Degree/diploma
4. Medical
5. Educational Transcripts
6. Passport
7. Digital Photo
And what difference is between 3 & 5?

There have been people who have been asked proof of financial support, including NOA and T4s.

POF not needed for CEC.

I had the same situation. I changed the fund to a non zero amount post ITA then pof showed up in check list.

I think it is true that pof is mandatory for EE regardless of stream LMIA being the only exception. But it seems CIC is quite liberal on the fund amount for CEC inland applicants.

No. This is what I am trying to say. When I made my profile, I had $0 amount and post ITA there was no pof in my checklist.

I was not clear enough may be. I had zero in my profile. Received ITA. POF did not show up in the document list initially. Then I changed the fund to a non zero amount. POF showed up and I provided bank letter, T4 and 6 month statements.
