POF affidavit for funds in spouse account

Hello,

I have a query on POF. In my case, the funds are in spouse's account. The CIC states that you must prove you have access to these funds.
How does that work? Will the account owner (spouse) need to put in an affidavit? What exactly will be required to be mentioned in that affidavit?

just write a sentence. even easier just have a joint account with all the money, saves you the hassle
