POF acceptance Query

I have enough amount in NJ MUTUAL FUND.
Can i use this wealth as a POF ?
All amount is more than one year old.

Is it readily cashable ? Can you get a letter from a banking authority stating the fund can be encashed at a moments notice.

If you can answer Y to above questions, then you can use it for POF
