Hello All
Yesterday I went to Niagara Falls POE for getting my post graduate work permit as my study is complete and can't renew my study permit and I have expired trv and can't renew that unless I get a longer work/study permit.
I went to Niagara Falls and upon insepctionn the officer was doubtful about my documents and he mentioned that he is not able to call or confirm from college because the envelope for transcripts was opened. It was a sunday evening around 9pm so no chance contacting any of the staff for getting this information.
My question is that is this a refusal from cic or simple denial. I have all the documents but to make sure the transcript is good inside I opened the envelope before showing it to the officer to double check the content.
Please help if I apply online or try again with sealed envelope will it have similar repercussions. Will the officer worry about first denial or it is not a denial
The officer told me I don't have to worry about denial but I requested further documents to provide proof.
Thanks
