poe lettre expiry date

I have my student visa and POE letter (port of entry letter) have the same expiry date 22/02/2015
when my application for study permit have approved my acceptance letter was for English course start on September for 3 months duration now if i have new acceptance letter for the English course(from the same school) which start on 09/02/2015 can i still use the same visa and go to canada ?
is the expiry date on POE letter will be the same for study permit ?

Yes, you can enter Canada on or before 9/2/2015 with a new LOA.

but normally on my arrival to Canada the border agent will issue study permit with the same expiry date of the POE letter ?if like that the study permit will expire shortly after my arrival ?

Right now you have a valid TRV & that allow you to enter Canada. IO at POE will decide the duration of your study permit based on your new LOA.
