My pnp profile shows the decision finalized since 28 feb but I have not received the email about the decision yet. Why is it that late? My NOC is 0621.

I didn't hear for a few days after the decision was made on my application and each province is probably different with how long they take to inform you.
I wouldn't worry just yet.
