No, but I am eligible under International Graduate category and am really confused which province to choose. I have completed my Post Bacc Diploma in April 2015 and currently I am in India. Most probably I would be gaining a year experience here and would be then going back to Canada in Aug 2017 but my main worry is would I be eligible to apply under the International Graduate category since the rule under PNP says that I have to apply within 2 years after my graduation so by the time I reach Canada in 2017, I would be exceeding my due date. Is there any province where the 2 years rule doesn't apply?
