Can we get assistance from experts to apply PNP programs step by step in regions where job offer is not required . Mostly candidates looking for PNP have score around 350 , so please kindly help with Nova Scotia(other similar regions) Express Entry Program procedure.

Thanks for the reply but my occupation is not in demand at Saskatchewan NOC code 2133/2147 . In nova scotia it is , can still anyone can help me . CRS is at 379 or any way toget nomination or job offer , please.
