PNP under EE?

People who are nominated by province under no-job offer stream eligible for 600 points? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have the same question!!
I have PNP but only a few months' work experience.
Someone says PNP nominees MUST qualify for the skill worker program/CEC to be able to enter the EE pool.
But what about those graduate students who have NO work experience at all but have PNP nomination letter?!
I will call CIC tmr, hope will have some answers...

If you are not eligible under FSW FST or CEC so you should apply regular application for CIC ( i.e. not express entry). Therefore not everyone has nomination will be able to enter the EE pool.
