My SINP application will be approved soon under "International Skilled Worker-Employment Offer" category. Currently, I am in Canada on Visitor Record status. After getting the nomination certificate and work permit support letter, will I be able to apply for the work permit at the POE through Flagpoling? as the online application takes about 4-5 months.
I already have 2 yrs of work experience with the same employer that is supporting my SINP application. Now just my PGWP has expired, and I am on Visitor Record meanwhile the SINP application is being processed.
Another scenario, if it's possible, will I also be able to include the SOWP application for my wife with my work permit application? My wife is also on Visitor Record status in Canada.
FYI, my wife had this SOWP before the visitor record.
