Does anyone knows that in which PNP stream of Manitoba, a Manitoba based owner operator holds work permit can apply? Or, are there any other ways different from this?

The only program that I think might be possible is the skilled worker overseas program. But I don't know for sure if it will be possible. The requirements are here.

The program for skilled workers in Manitoba is not possible since owner-operator arrangements are excluded.
