PNP spouse workpermit

Hi everyone,

I am new on this forum and want to know about PNp spouse WP.

question is that if i am in pnp draw list and received workpermit from them. will i get WP or open WP ???
can my wife get WP at the same time or she have to wait until PR??

how long the time process to achieve to get spouse WP?
