PNP simple questions

Hi,

I'm hearing a lot about PNP, but I'm not sure I understand correctly how it works.

1. What happens if I accept PNP application, and then the EE minimal CRS drops and I become eligible for main pool EE entrance? Will I still be in the EE pool and receive my PR from there? Or am I out of the EE pool until my PNP process is finished?
2. If I receive an invitation for OPNP, match all their requirements, and initiate the whole PNP process, what are the chances to actually receive the provincial nomination? Is it 100% after receiving an invitation? Or do people enter some "hidden" OPNP pool and only the best ones are drawn from there? If so, what are approximate chances of getting the nomination? Is it <1%, <10%, <50% etc.?
3. How long does the whole PNP process takes? If that differs on province, then let's take OPNP for example?

Thanks in advance.

If you receive PT and you have sent your documents and they are reviewing it, in that case, if the score drops below your CRS, you will get the ITA and you can very well ask/request the province to stop working on your profile. You lose the processing fees though.

If your documents are all correct and the officer is satisfied, you will get the nomination, 100%. I don't think their is any hidden pool, per se.

For Ontario the processing time is 90 days.

1. If you get PNP nomination and accept, you get extra 600 pts in EE and get ITA in the next draw. You are no longer in the EE pool except you decline ITA (for some weird reason)
2. Usually, if you meet the requirements, provide accurate info in your EE profile, and supply required docs to OINP, most times you should get the nomination
3. It differs for provinces - OINP usually 3-4 mths (based on feedback).
