It depends where you are applying from??

I do not live in Canada.. but I have already passed all the dental board examinations and got an certification of qualifications.

Which PNP programs are good for IT guys ? NOC 2281 guys ?

I would strongly recommend to choose BCPNP as i find it more reliable then Alberta and Saskatchewan.
