We have observed opening for SK without job office. But where is Nova Scotia immigration 2015 without job offer?

unfortunately Saskchewen is closed now

I don't think the cap is reached. This has been mentioned even before the application module was opened.
The table hasn't been changed it. Check it. What do you say ?
