PNP Programmes without Canadian Experience/Job offer/Canada Diploma??

Hello all,

I know it is a broad question but as we all know PNP is getting more popular nowadays.

I would like to ask few questions to some experts regarding PNP programmes.

I checked a lot but %99 of the PNP streams needs canadian experience, job offer or canada diploma.

If you know any PNP programmes which doesnt require those, please share it here.

You are correct though most PNP programs seem to need a job offer, education or some other connection.
