Looking for information on any PNP programs that we may qualify for or should look for

We are a married couple with three kids. I have 8+ years as a sewing machine operator in an industrial setting. My spouse has 10+ years of experience as a sewing machine mechanic. Is there any program we should be focusing on? Any advice regarding finding a job? We are both 35+, so a job offer or PNP would make a huge difference on our application.
