PNP - Processing Times Getting Worse!

The average PNP (not EE) processing time has now slipped to 18 months.

If they can process some applications in 6 months then why not all, presumably they carry out the same checks or do they skip some for those on EE?

It seems Canada disparages any thing but EE applicants.

Looking at EE threads, there seems to be a bit of a delay there too, but EE is definitely prioritized over paper-based PNP. I would like to know how we can make IRCC accountable for constantly pushing back our processing times. If you figure out a way, let me know.
I am going to write to Justin Trudeau and Ahmed Hussen, and I already went to my MP. I doubt this will produce results though, but you never know until you try.
